Mr. Vikram Kumar has done graduate (B. Des) in fashion design from NIFT, New Delhi in 2009. He has completed his Masters in Anthropology from IGNOU, New Delhi. He has 9 years’ industrial experience. He has worked as Sr. Fashion Designer in King Dorian export house ,Utsav Fashion ,Orient Fashion , New Delhi and design for Zara, Mango, Isabel Marant, Zading & Voltaire etc. He has 6 Years teaching experience. he has also conduct different module as guest faculty at NIFT, DLCSUPVA, Rohtak, Haryana and other fashion institutes. He is Empanelled Designer in DC Handicraft (ministry of textile) from 2023. He has done design development program for Dc Handicraft like bamboo craft, applique, paper mache. He was also engaged in workshop for NGO and Skill India development program.
His area of competency are pattern Making, Draping, Garment Construction, Surface Ornamentation Technique, Creative pattern Making and Fashion Illustration.
Research interest: – Apparel Designing, Art, Craft & Culture, Macramé
